I gotta say, I got a great deal for my money at this resort. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was just breathtaking. The staff treated me like a VIP, always friendly and helpful.
The breakfast option could use a little improvement. Just wished they offered more than just one egg.

Spent Thanksgiving at a resort and enjoyed the stunning scenery and well-kept gardens. The pool was a great addition for keeping us cool during the hot weather. We also appreciated the friendly and informative staff who were always willing to answer our questions. The location near restaurants and nearby attractions made for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
There were ants in our bed which was unpleasant and the buffet breakfast was limited with additional charges for simple requests such as mango. We were also prohibited from bringing outside food or drinks which was frustrating.

Despite the shortcomings, there were a few positive aspects of our stay at this resort. The staff was friendly and informative, making us feel welcome. The location of the resort was also beautiful, with a peaceful and serene ambiance. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing spot for a swim. the positives of our experience helped to offset the negative aspects to some extent.
There were several instances where we experienced lapses in organization and communication. For example, when we checked out, we were not given a gate pass and had to go back to reception to request one.
